Timelines & Payment Policies
Booking. I am typically booked 4-6 weeks out, and in some cases (such as weddings and peak senior season), it can be a year or more. It is never too early to book your session with me!
Non-Refundable Booking Fee. A non-refundable booking fee of $400 is collected upon reserving your date. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your session. Please see my Investment Page for more details, outlined by session type. All packages and products are sold separately. Note: If your session is cancelled due to inclement weather, illness, or an act of God, your booking fee will be applied to another available date.
Proof/Preview Gallery: You can expect your preview gallery within 14 business days of your session date. If your package includes “Favorites” with additional retouching, you will have 14 days to get back to me with your selections, at which point your order and payment are due. You Preview Gallery is intended for review and can be shared with friends and family, but is not yet authorized for download or social media sharing.
Final Gallery: Your final gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of making your favorite selections. It will include all the photos from your Preview Gallery along with your retouched favorites, that can be easily found in their own tab. At this point your gallery will be complete, and enabled for download and sharing!
Responsible Party. In most cases I work with a single point of contact (typically the person who has reached out to me about my services and booked me). I consider this person to be the "Responsible Party". In some cases, there may be other financial contributors and/or decision makers. (Example; a spouse, other family members, etc.). I expect the Responsible Party to be in full communication with all contributors and/or decision makers, to avoid misunderstanding and conflict. Regardless of the circumstances, the Responsible Party will be expected to uphold the Timelines and Payment Policies stated herein, and will also be the recipient of all products and services.
