K Setterfield Photography is proud to offer exceptional products, superior in quality and workmanship. 

All Prints, Albums, Books, and Gallery Art come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of your products, I will make any necessary corrections and replace the item at no charge.

This guarantee excludes typographical errors, custom material preferences, or image placement (aspect ratios, crops, etc.); all of which must meet your approval, before the order is placed. This guarantee assumes that the appearance of the digital file being used for your order, meets your full satisfaction. And also assumes that, as with any digital/screen proof, there may be very slight tonal differences due to various lighting conditions and monitor calibrations.

Proof Approval

I have carefully reviewed the proof and order details provided to me. I have ensured that any of the following applicable options, meet my full approval:

  • digital image appearance

  • placement and crop

  • spelling and/or numerical accuracy

  • custom material options (for example: frame color/style, or leather color on albums/books)
